Cubitt, Honor (neè Monks) passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, July 4th at Sunset Manor in her 91st year. She was born in South Elmsale, England to Charles and Evelyn (neè Polston) Monks, the youngest of six children. Honor served as a Medical Orderly in World War II with the Auxiliary Territorial Service from 1944 - 1947. All who knew Honor can attest to her kind and generous nature. She took great pride in the accomplishments of her family and was much beloved by her friends in the community.

Honor is predeceased by her husband Thomas, her brothers John, Judd and Louis and her sisters Evelyn and Ann. She is survived by her children David (Penny), Stephen (Debbie), Ann Allwood and Hilary Wells (Scott). Honor was the proud and loving grandmother to Andrea, Tiffany, Trevor, Valerie, Ashley, Alex, Christopher, Lindsay, Samantha, Melissa and Jeremy; and great grandmother to many. The family wishes to extend thanks to the staff at Sunset Manor for their kindness and care.
