Condolences

Condolence From: Joan Skelton (nee Pilon)
Condolence: I just heard of Stevie's passing today from my brother in Collingwood. I send my deepest sympathies to Donna, Brenda and their families. I remember her as a teenager, and having to put up with our "high jinks" (Donna). I stopped a few times when I was up in Collingwood to say hello--she was still the same Stevie. She always had a smile on her face. She reminded me so much of your mom. I will remember her fondly. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Condolence From: Irene McLeod nee Chomyn
Condolence: It was September 1964. First day of Senior Public school Hume Street collingwood. They piled all us newbies into the auditorium to do roll call. After calling out for Steve Parish a number of times a soft, sweet voice said "I think you mean me, Stevie." For some reason I always admired her for that and for finding humour in it. Years later we worked together at The Enterprise Bulletin and again I learned to admire her for her patience with me . Feel blessed to have known such a kind, gentle woman.

Condolence: I was so saddened to hear of Stephanie's passing. She was such a nice person,.. hardworking, loyal, great sense of humour and fun to work with at the Enterprise Bulletin. She was the most interesting person to catch up with over the years and talk to - she knew something about everything it seemed. Certainly everything about Collingwood. She loved her community and was genuinely interested in the people in it. Collingwood has definitely lost a special person. Thank you for the smiles, Stephanie.

Condolence: In our books Stephanie Parrish was a loyal, hard-working and caring person who always had a positive vibe. She was an asset to the company at which she worked and where we got to know her: The Enterprise-Bulletin. She was a dependable, accurate and extremely talented typesetter. Stephanie made our world a better place for having known her and we offer our condolences to her family.

Condolence: I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie for many years at the Enterprise Bulletin. She always knew everything about everyone. She should have been a reporter as most of the reporters got their information from Steph. She was a lovely lady and a joy to work with. RIP Stephanie. You will not be forgotten.
