Condolences

Condolence From: Joan Skelton (nee Pilon)
Condolence: I just heard of Stevie's passing today from my brother in Collingwood. I send my deepest sympathies to Donna, Brenda and their families. I remember her as a teenager, and having to put up with our "high jinks" (Donna). I stopped a few times when I was up in Collingwood to say hello--she was still the same Stevie. She always had a smile on her face. She reminded me so much of your mom. I will remember her fondly. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Condolence: It was September 1964. First day of Senior Public school Hume Street collingwood. They piled all us newbies into the auditorium to do roll call. After calling out for Steve Parish a number of times a soft, sweet voice said "I think you mean me, Stevie." For some reason I always admired her for that and for finding humour in it. Years later we worked together at The Enterprise Bulletin and again I learned to admire her for her patience with me . Feel blessed to have known such a kind, gentle woman.

Condolence: Our Condolence's to Donna and Brenda and your families on this very sad time. We just have had a few years that we have been close to Stephanie. We are going to miss her. We visited every fall on our apple run to Collingwood, Ont. Last fall when we came up for our apples we were saddened to find out the Stephanie was in the Collingwood Hospital very sick. My husband and I went to visit her there and we had a great visit and many good laughs. Dearest Stephanie please R.I.P.
