Condolence: It was with sadness I learned of Mike's passing. I met him initially at a photocopier at 750 Lawrence in 1988 never knowing he would be one of my most memorable leaders. I always enjoyed our conversations and not in any of them did he not mention his family. My sincere sympathies to you all. He will be missed.

Condolence: We at CIBC CPS are extremely saddened and shocked to hear about the loss of our dear friend and former leader. Mike was a true rarity - no matter how his own day was going, he always had a kind word and a bright smile for everyone. He was not only a fantastic leader, but he was a genuinely kind and compassionate person. Mike had an open door policy and every one of us made sure we walked through it at some point. Mike made everyone feel valued and treated us all with warmth and dignity. Our sincere condolences to the family.

Condolence: Pat, Craig, Neal and Drew We at CPS are all so shocked and saddened by the loss of Mike. He was the most decent, kind, caring individual that most of us will ever meet in a lifetime. He was also a great leader/boss. We missed him terribly when he retired, and are sad that he will not be stopping in for a visit. It will be a long road to recovery, but you'll have so many wonderful memories of him. Please take care of yourselves and let us know if there is anything we can do.
