Newby, Aileen passed away peacefully on Sunday March 4, 2018 at the Collingwood Nursing Home in her 86th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Kenneth (1994), Aileen will be forever loved by children Valerie Vanessen (Ronnie), Emily Roberts (Chuck), Mark Newby (Sherree), David Newby (Brenda) and Elizabeth Fullenwider (Jim) and remembered by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Born in Parry Sound to parents Allen and Harriet Haystead, Aileen is survived by her sister Ruth Pifer; predeceased by brothers Allen and Bobby. The family wishes to extend thanks to Dr. Harry O’Halloran and the staff at Collingwood Nursing Home for their kindness and care. A private funeral service will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home – Collingwood Chapel.
