PATTERSON, Doreen (nee DRUMMOND) — It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of a loving wife, amazing mother and grandmother. Doreen passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Errinrung Retirement Residence in Thornbury, at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Donald Patterson (1991). Loving and devoted mother of Doug Patterson and his wife Agnes of Markdale, Bruce Patterson and his wife Lynn of Collingwood. Cherished and adored grandmother of Welsey, Brett, John and Leah. Doreen lived life to the fullest and will be remembered for her sense of humour, wit, enthusiasm and her dedication to family. All the laughter and smiles we shared, we will forever hold in our hearts. A celebration of life will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home - Collingwood Chpale on Friday May 11th at 11:30 a.m. In memory of Doreen, a donation can be made to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of your choice.
