Garry Burton
September 11, 1957 – December 10, 2017

Garry passed away peacefully at Collingwood General & Marine Hospital at the age of 60 years. He was the loving husband of Nancy; proud father of Rhonda Jane (Matt), Barbara, Jennifer, Sarah and Devlin (Josette); grandchildren Logan, Denis, Makayla, Cyndle, Storm, Sky, Damien and Jessica. Garry was born in England to parents the late Don and Catherine Burton; predeceased by brother Stuart (Angela); survived by sisters Linda (David) Hutton, Beverley (Bill) Nederend and Karen Burton. He will be deeply missed by Nancy’s son Bleys Maclean, many nieces, nephews and friends. A celebration of life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion - Collingwood on Saturday January 6, 2018 from 1-3 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
