Marilyn Brown
April 16, 1956 – October 2, 2017

Marilyn passed away peacefully at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital at the age of 61 years. Predeceased by her husband George; loving and proud mother of Matthew (Laura) and Jonathan; forever cherished grandmother of Brandon, Paige and Joshua. Marilyn is survived by her brother Warrick Gillingham and will be remembered by Darlene, Maureen and Gerald John. Known for her gentle loving spirit and willingness to help others in any situation, Marilyn touched many people and will be deeply missed. A celebration of life will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home – Collingwood Chapel on Saturday October 7, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. with reflections at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to Sick Kids Hospital or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
