Condolence From: Gregory Franks
Condolence: What a great neighbour, friend, father, grandfather and husband. I can recall many evenings of listening to Charley (and Jean) laughing and bantering back and forth with my parents, Janet and Doug Franks, over a few wobbly pops and card games. Also enjoyed some great snowmobile rides on Oak street courtesy of the always friendly and welcoming Charley and company. Great memories of a great man! Rest in Peace...
