Condolences

Condolence From: Nancy Petrick and Dave Bradley
Condolence: We spent a wonderful week skiing in St. Moritz with Bob and James last March. Of course, as skiers do, we became instant friends and had a total blast. Bob was a great skier and conversationalist. He made us feel very welcome as new comers to the Ski Bees gang. We are truly saddened about his passing and offer James, family and all those in the ski community who were close to Bob our deepest sympathies. Dave and Nancy

Condolence: "Big Bob"as I affectionately called him, was a mentor and a friend for almost 45 years. Growing up across the street from the Armstrong's on Campbell Crescent, I got to know Bob when I was young as he hired me to help him with weekend building projects, and when he was the construction manager at Cranberry Village with my dad. Over the years we shared good times together sailing, skiing, golfing, having beers, laughing. And sad time too when he lost Audrey.
Most recently we shared a week together this winter skiing in St. Moritz, Switzerland with James. I am so glad that Bob made this trip and got to leave his mark on the perfect endless groomers that he so loved.
I am fortunate to have had Bob build our house which was a great learning opportunity to go through with him for sure! I've never met anyone who worked so physically hard
yet was also such a good teacher. And he cared. Bob and I were going to finish the final step on our deck this spring, but it never happened, and for this I am truly sad. Rest in Peace, Big Bob, your energy and voice will be truly missed.
