Condolences

Condolence From: Pete and Patty Kruka
Condolence: Dear Rosemary and sons,

We are saddened by Steve's passing. He was a good man and good friend. Our history with him was during our time at work in Toronto at Benjamin Film Labs. This was where Steve met Rosemary and his life took on new meaning. He could finally stop humming "I still haven't found what I'm looking for" - U2
Guy to guy Steve told me about this amazing woman he had fallen in love with and just couldn't stop talking about Rosemary. We were happy to attend their wedding and share that day.
Fishing with Steve was the first time I actually enjoyed myself trying to catch a fish. He did all the hard work and had an answer for every situation. We spent countless hours together playing darts, listening to great music, talking about work and mainly sharing a friendship that was caring and honest. Together with our friend Lui Lotufo we had fun organizing a couple of Lui Pete and Steve golf tournaments. I remember dressing up as the Blues Brothers with Steve when we arranged the greatest Halloween costume party for over two hundred people aboard the Mariposa Belle cruise boat. He made every task easier to accomplish sharing lots of laughs and good stories. Good friends can drift apart because of geography and circumstance but good friends never forget how much joy they shared. We'll never forget you Steve and all the joy you brought into our lives.

Love,

Pete and Patty
