Condolence From: Glen Bender
Condolence: My Condolences to the family. I was shocked to hear what happened. I have been retired for almost 5yrs. I had the priviledge of being Bette's mailman. She always walked by my house with her dog stopped and talked. I will miss those friendly conversations. She was a people person and so am I. What an honor to meet such nice people like George and Bette.

Condolence From: Bob & Barbara Moorhead
Condolence: A beautiful light has been extinguished far too early. Words cannot express the warmth and joy that Bette shared with all she met and the enthusiasm with which she addressed each moment in her wonderful life. To say she will be missed is an understatement.

Condolence From: Julie and Bill Deeks
Condolence: Julie had a wonderful ski with Bette at Craigleith Senior Ladies Day and she was looking forward to a trip to Banff. Our knowledge of each other goes back many years to the early days of the Craigleith Ski Club, introducing our children to skiing then racing and having so much fun doing it. with her late husband George, Bette was an enthusiastic participant in all we did bringing sparkle and life into all our events. She will be very much missed by all who knew her and especially by her wonderful family. Good Bye Bette, you are a wonderful Gal.
