Condolence From: ken parton
Condolence: My condolences to the family of phil , I knew him through the chaudets and had many a chat with him. he was a true gentleman and nice guy. I didnt know it until recently but phil was a member of the french resistance during the war. Apparently the germans came in and were going to send him and his 8 or 9 buddies to a german work camp but they decided otherwise and joined the french resistance. Out of those 8 or 9 buddies apparently only 2 of them survived the war. Youve lost a great man, Rest in Peace. Ken Parton stayner

Condolence: It is with a huge hole in my heart as i write this. There are so many wonderful memories of grandpa that it would take forever to put them all down! From sleepovers with crepes in the morning, to going to the beach and then for icecream, and of course one for Bijou the dog..
As i got older id pop in for a quick visit and s fill him in on my life..Grandpa was always there to listen and give advice. I am so grateful he was able to attend my wedding and share it with Blair and I, who also loved him. There are not enough words to express how much he was loved and will miss him greatly.
REST IN PEACE GRANDPA, REST IN PEACE..LOVE YOU

Condolence: My favourite memory is when Grandma and Grandpa took us to Niagara Falls. The deer tried to eat the corn from David's shorts and Paula, David and I had to share a bed in the hotel. It was hilarious for us to be in such a close space. We got busted for fighting every 5 minutes.
He gave me my copy of Le Petit Prince and the Fables of Lafontaine. Stories I can share with Jack and Skyler.
My condolences Momma. I love you. xoxo

Condolence: Deepest sympathies for all of Philippe's family members and for my mother Helen, his widow.

Philippe had a larger-than-life personality and it was interesting to hear his many stories over the decade that I knew him. I learned a lot from Philippe about the value of a good sense of humour in coping with life’s inevitable challenges.

My thoughts are with everyone mourning his loss; may your happy memories bring you comfort.

Condolence: My sincere condolences to Philippe's daughters, step children and their loved ones; it is always very difficult to lose someone you love.
I have fond memories of Grandpa during our summers spent in Wasaga; the main drag, the beach and even the French talk that I could never quite understand - no matter how much he tried to teach us! He was the one who taught me how to play Euchre and Cribbage - both games that I am still very fond of. I am thankful for his 3 daughters - my Aunts - as we shared a lot of good times together; something I will always treasure.
May we all find peace in the choices that each of us made and may he rest eternally peaceful. Love you Grandpa. Lisa, xoxo
