Condolence: On behalf of myself, my brother and both our families, I would like to thank everyone for sending their condolences via email. Your comments and caring thoughts were a great comfort and brought back many memories. We were grateful for the number of people in attendance at our mother's funeral and know she would be so touched by your caring "words". You were all such an intricate part of her life: relatives, friends, neighbours and co-workers. Thanks to the staff at Fawcett Funeral Home as you fulfilled all our requests, thanks to the minister for all his kind words and blessings, thanks to Smarts florists for the outstanding bouquet, thanks to Elginwood Long Term Care for your excellent care and finally thanks to Harry Currie whom lovingly laid our mother in her final resting place.

We were so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I have so many great memories of her....Collingwood, Mom and Dad's cottage,Florida...the list goes on and on. I can still hear her wonderful laugh. I agree with Marilyn...Betty and Mom were more like sisters than cousins and I think they gave your Grandma fits! I hope all your wonderful memories of her give you comfort in the coming days, weeks and years.
