Condolence From: Dr. Gordon Sellery
Condolence: John was a long term colleague in the Department of Anesthesia at Victoria Hospital and was a pioneer in pain management and epidural anesthesia for obstetrics. He had a dry sense of humour outside the OR. I remember his mediocre curling ability in London. My sympathy goes out to Myrna and the family.
